Alan Trounson, president of the California stem cell agency, is scheduled to speak later this month in London at King's College.
The event is slated for Oct. 28. Trounson will be hosted by
Fiona Watt, who is a member of the stem cell agency's newly created scientific advisory board and director of the Center for Stem Cells
and Regenerative Medicine at the school.
Trounson's topic is “The California Institute for Regenerative
Medicine: How to invest $3 billion in stem cell research.”
